Our meetings usually take place on Wednesday evenings in the Village Hall at 7.15pm. They are open to the Public, and there is an agenda item for Public Comments and Questions; questions may be answered at the time, or referred to written responses or future agenda items.
Our agendas are posted here, three clear days before the meeting. Draft minutes are added after the meeting, and remain drafts until approved at the next meeting.
